When complete, OAS Phase 3 will create a further 120 technicians, engineers and scientists every year.- Development of apprentice curriculums in in-demand sectors that support nuclear fusion, including robotics, data science, nuclear technology, automation and cyber technology- An equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) based pilot study to improve access and awareness of apprenticeships to under-represented and minority groups - A R&D study examining the extents to which embodied carbon and whole life carbon can be reduced in building specification, construction, operation, including those of circular economy- Supporting the UKAEA’s examination of shortlisted sites for the UK’s first commerical nuclear fusion reactor; subsequently developing a new apprentice training training facility at the chosen site
