As well as one of those responsible for supporting periods of high demand such as Black Friday & Prime Day.I'm experienced in driving improvements across analytics, observability, and user experience in marketplace team. I led technical enhancements, including refactoring analytics events and implementing tracing for marketplace microservices, boosting data quality and service reliability. I developed tools such as a linter to detect dependencies issues, contributing to standardized processes across the organization and support engineering team.I'm skilled in documentation and knowledge sharing, I facilitated new feature development for customer-facing functionalities like unifying orders for "My Orders" page enhancing both in-app and off-app experiences.
