About Justin Phillips

Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) with extensive experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects for both the Royal Australian Army and Navy. Currently the Senior Project Manager on the Army Aviation Program of Work at RAAF Base Townsville and Swartz Barracks (Oakey), delivering facilities to support Apache and Blackhawk helicopters and 16 Brigade.At RPS I have also contributed to the project management team for the Navy Capability Infrastructure Sub-Program (NCIS), including land and maritime infrastructure at HMAS Cairns and HMAS Coonawarra to support Arafura Class Offshore Patrol Vessel (ACOPV), SEA1905 in Sydney, Western Australia, Darwin and Cairns, and leading the design development and contractor procurement for the replacement Navy Cadet Facility in Cairns. With a background in civil and mechanical engineering (Bachelor's, QUT), I began my career as an engineer specialising in water treatment and infrastructure, working with Syngineering and SMEC, including a secondment at Urban Utilities.
