(Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Specialist in SARC- Community Services and Protection Unit at Community-based services Department / Homs branch).Duties and Responsibilities :•Providing Psychological First Aid (PFA), and PSS programs and sessions.•Safe Evacuation/ Emergency Response to the earthquake.•Awareness-raising campaigns. •Prepare monthly and daily plans in line with the PSS curriculum.•Networking with local community leaders. •Report on the number of beneficiaries, achievements, and update the team leader with PSS technical team on any issues/challenges.•Safely identify and refer individuals who require Specialized assistance/services. (A Psychological Support Volunteer in SARC- Community Services and Protection Unit- with livelihood Unit- NOVO Nordisk foundation "The Youth Initiative Project" / Homs branch).Duties and Responsibilities :•Organising Life Skills Sessions for Young Entrepreneurs, developing personal and psychosocial skills to pave the way for young people to start their own entrepreneurial projects.(These sessions are held prior to the entrepreneurship and employment training within the Syrian Youth Initiative).*Note: This process includes conducting field verification of the beneficiary's home as well as sending periodic reports on the progress of the project.
