• In 2001, ahead of carrier demand, proactively “paused” feature development to focus on quality, and earned Phone.com the reputation for the most reliable WAP Gateway server on the market.
• Restructured WAP Gateway pricing to blunt competitive price pressure and provide more flexibility, which led to increased purchases of additional functionality for increased revenue.
