Revamped our product promotion strategy to continue to increase our thought leadership and reach in the industry. Hired a content marketing specialist, relaunched our webinar series with record-setting attendance, and increased our sponsorships of PM-related events across the US. Assisted in closing new deals that have increased our Fortune 500 footprint and repeat business.

Re-elected to a four year seat in November, 2018. Elected by the Board to Board President in December. My overarching goal is to continue to improve the amazing educational experience our District provides, while securing more stable funding to ensure a stable financial future.

• Recipient of Gold Star for development and execution of revised product management process that improved cross-team coordination of feature tracking and change control. • Led a cross-geographic, multi-disciplinary team to plan and product manage Customer Care, OOBE, Hardware, Packaging, and Carrier integration. • Hired new talent, secured promotions for two team members, and managed employee transistions to improve team integration.

• Led a Product Planning team responsible for Information Services, Hardware, and core software services. • Project managed multiple efforts, and handled T-Mobile relationship during Danger Service Recovery, leading to the recovery of over 98% of subscriber core DB and contact information. • Part of the Leadership Team transitioning into Microsoft, landing key roles for all of my team.

• Led the Product Management team to help grow our business from 240K subscribers to over 1.2M subscribers in three years, leading to a revenue run rate of nearly $100M annually. • Oversaw the expansion of the Sidekick franchise from a single product to three separate products over two years, which increased subscriber growth rates nearly 400%.• In partnership with Program Management, instituted a new product lifecycle development process, including a Product Review Board decision-making system to improve market-driven feature development and increase fidelity of decisions. • Presented regularly to CXO level at T-Mobile, Motorola, etc., to advance Danger’s product roadmap, improve product collaboration, and grow the Sidekick franchise.

• With a team of eight (based in the U.S. and Ireland), expanded market share during a two year period to over 60% despite strong competition and a disruptive technology transition. • Managed the 4P’s through four product lifecycles to attain over $200M in annual revenue. • In 2001, ahead of carrier demand, proactively “paused” feature development to focus on quality, and earned Phone.com the reputation for the most reliable WAP Gateway server on the market.• Restructured WAP Gateway pricing to blunt competitive price pressure and provide more flexibility, which led to increased purchases of additional functionality for increased revenue.• In the last year, led a product line team of over 20 people (Dev, QA, PM), developing IMPS-based mobile IM server solutions.

Over 5 years, held various positions including software developer, 3 years as a Sr. Project manager, and one year as a Sr. Product manager responsible for wireless prepaid services.
