Taskforce Command - Professional Development Unit

I managed in-house Public & Personal Safety and Emergency Life Support training for 1300 members of staff within the Taskforce Command. In this high-pressured role, I maintained and selected appropriate training venues, ensuring H&S principles were adhered to. I developed / implemented new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) in line with training policies, working closely with the College of Policing, learning and development and other assets.I lead a cohort of 28 instructors, ensuring they worked in line with new training regimes, plotted course delivery, developed bespoke training packages and ensured they remained in date with qualifications.
