Responsible for internal and external-facing events and communications, with an added focus on leading agency operations including employee engagement, workplace functionality, real estate portfolio management, and IT & IS departments.• Working directly with the President, CCO, and CMO, I sourced and executed new ideas and concepts for agency events and activations driving brand awareness and revenue• Lead, supervised, and coordinated agency events from conception to execution meeting all deliverables at E3, GDC, and Comic Con, resulting in strengthened client relations, client generation, and impacting revenue growth.• Ideated concepts for events, oversaw operations, managed project timelines, run of show, directed staff, contractual negotiations, and coordinated technical and production teams within allotted budgets.• Directed and produced numerous multi-day international events with budgets ranging over 1MM.• Collaborated with other departments including legal, finance, and HR to maximize effectiveness for client-facing engagements, client compliance, artist handling, and entertainment contract negotiations.• Established industry-defining benchmarks of inclusion, belonging, and employee engagement, focusing on positioning Liquid as a destination of choice for top performers.• Established employee relations budgets and internal branding experiences across the company’s Ann Arbor, El Segundo, Poland, and Mexico offices.• Led global pivot, executed in two months, to a remote and hybrid work model, emphasizing cost-efficient strategies, allowing the agency to expand into the UK, Germany, El Salvador, Brazil, and other states within the US.• Collaborated with key stakeholders to design and build work environments within budgets, conducive to motivation, creativity, team morale, and energized productivity.• Spearheaded IT & IS development projects to position the agency for MPAA, CIS, and NIST standards, positioning Liquid to be awarded large studio projects.
