Responsible for data mapping and liaising with the systems integrations partner, to transfer the data from seven independent databases, onto a single, new CRM.★Established a series of bespoke workshops with support material that help a consultant, new or experienced, fully understand the processes of recruitment and information recording. Also created training videos and help-sheets for the new CRM.★Designed and carried out workshops to enhance the current CRM knowledge in the business and aid future development. ★Developed & delivered workshops for maximising the impact of social media for recruitment, in particular the use of Linkedin sourcing.
