My role here is four-fold:★ Design & deliver a modular induction package for all new starters across the entire group.★ Work with consultants, both new and established, on a 1-2-1 basis to provide coaching on the most suitable methods of business development, canvassing, candidate interviewing, relationship building and thorough vacancy taking. This includes dealing with gatekeepers and direct conversations with decision makers.★Delivering on-going training on the Bullhorn CRM system to achieve maximum impact on the business.★ Provide training on the most effective methods of Linkedin sourcing, how to set up a quality profile to establish your personal brand and introduce best practice for making contact with your connections.Previous to this I spent 7 years at CSG, in a very similar role and was instrumental in the movement of the business from File Finder to Bullhorn. I also completed 13 years within the U.K's leading hospitality recruiter, starting as a consultant, before gaining promotion to senior consultant, branch manager, multi-site manager and then introducing a CRM training element, this time for Bond's Adapt system. Along the way I have developed a team in Leeds that went on to include the 1st and 3rd highest billing consultants in the perm business and helped re-establish the Manchester perm business after a period of instability.
