As the Global Director of the publishing team, I've spent the past few months working tirelessly to bring our teams together and create a more efficient and effective structure. This has involved developing new processes and procedures to streamline our workflow, as well as establishing stronger relationships with PROs, MROs, and NROs to maximize revenue for our artists and authors.In addition, I've had the opportunity to attend several industry events and conferences, where I've networked with other publishing professionals and gained valuable insights into emerging trends and technologies. As the COO, I have led the transformation of our company culture and operations to establish a long-term vision and drive growth in the highly competitive entertainment industry. I was responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for award-winning artists such as Marcos Witt, Lead, Living, Hillsong, and Un Corazón. My role also involved managing the budget, conducting market research, and analyzing data to ensure a positive ROI.One of my biggest achievements during this time was the successful launch of Un Corazón's album, which was nominated for a Dove Award in 2019. I developed a comprehensive marketing plan that included advertising, email marketing, database management, SEO development, inbound marketing, and content marketing. Through my team's efforts, we were able to increase Un Corazón's online presence, resulting in higher YT and DSP streams and greater visibility for the artist.In addition to the success with Un Corazón, I also identified and implemented growth hacking techniques that helped other artists in our roster to increase their reach and impact. I worked closely to marketing teams to understand their unique selling points and developed marketing strategies that highlighted their strengths.Overall, my time as Global Marketing Director was a challenging and rewarding experience that allowed me to hone my skills in marketing, data analysis, and team management.

Implemented global sales plans, sale projections, increased margin profit per unit, compensation plans, and career development for 11 sales reps on 7 different countries. Successfully re-designed the sales department to transition from physical era to the new digital area.

My accomplishments in that position was to unify management, costumer service´s quality, developing a pricing strategy and develop our sales offices in Houston, TX, Miami, FL, San Juan, PR, Monterrey and Mexico City, Mx. I redesign the distribution process in order to lean it and increase margin profit per unit. Giving the globalization of our operation, i manage to close a direct deal with Fedex to offer worldwide shipping at a very low cost for both wholesales and it also made possible to implement an e-commerce strategy, reaching the countries where there was no presence of our products.
