Oversaw and developed the Marketing Department for 17 hospitality venues, 2 festivals and an event management team. Many grassroots and gorilla tactics were used to engage a massive audience in a pivotal time - through the infancy of social media. Creation, coordination and populating of events that entertained 10's of thousands of people was truly an exciting learning experience.

As a founding partner in this 300 seat casual fine-dining, 'Supper-Club', I have gained an unimaginable amount of "hands-on" education. From concept planning to full operation, this venture has taught (and continues to teach) me invaluable life lessons.
