Manage sales operations and sales staff to meet established quotas and produce profit. Perform yacht sales of Sea Ray and Meridian Yachts and other potential yacht lines overseeing the broker process. Broker boats with sales price quoting, financing requirements, and computation including trade-ins/license fees and ancillary expenses. Oversee delivery of all units sold. Maintain the showroom, inventory display, inventory control, and seasonal changes. Liaise between the Sales Department, Service and Parts Departments, Finance & Insurance internal business units, and Business Manager for daily operations, product ordering assistance, and customer satisfaction issues. Promote, advertise, and market our product lines throughout the Marine Max corporation as well as advertisements and marketing promotional opportunities. Review and ensure all Brokerage boat listings represent highest quality and reasonable price. Recommend/approve budget and expenditures. Generate sales reports. Participate in boat shows and off-site sales opportunities. Implement and facilitate daily broker team sales, prospecting, quoting, closing, and follow-up strategy training. Review and approve commission sheets.
