• Facilitating the interaction and communication between the Commercial Mortgage Funding Department and 40 Commercial Mortgage Originators and Underwriters/Analysts nation wide
• Monitoring of all commercial mortgage fundings to ensure they are disbursed in a timely manner and in accordance with internal, legal and investor regulations, policies and procedures
• Final authorization and approval of all commercial mortgage funding advance cheques, wire transfers and disbursements; review, approval and execution of all legal documentation
• Approval and/or waivers of property insurance requirements, Anti Money Laundering Legislation requirements, business decisions and interest rate and commitment cancellation date extensions
• Preparation, review and analysis of monthly management reporting

• Concentration on closing of Conduit (CMBS) loan transactions
• Successfully liaising and forming professional relationships with various investors in addition to cultivating relationships with new investors
