This was my first real job. My very first day I sold multiple memberships, making an excellent impression to my peers. I became one of the youngest managers in the company after just three months of work. I practice direct sales everyday as I sell memberships to new people everyday. On a Saturday in the winter I can speak to upwards of 800 people in a shift. My speaking abilities have become excellent in this role, and I am at the level where I can sell a membership to anyone. I also practice leadership and management as I am usually the manager on staff during my shifts. I have worked here since August of 2022, which at the time of writing this I have worked here for about a year and half. I managed all sorts of teams and groups of people from different ages, backgrounds, and levels of experience at 17 years old. I sell around 50 memberships a week, and do that as a part time worker, putting in about 14 hours a week.

Door-to-door Sales

Ran photo booths for all different types of corporate parties. Was able to run a fun, inclusive photobooth for all to have a great time. Ended up closing a deal with my school to have a booth at prom and homecoming.
