My first paid gig was designing a road safety campaign for Government department and that set me on a path I didn’t know existed.From there, I took on freelance projects that introduced me to the dynamic world of content creation and advertisement.This was the start of my journey—working with everything from local businesses to political clients & PSU’s immersing myself in the intricacies of marketing & advertising. I dove into Google certifications, learned the ins and outs of SEO, and refined my skills across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter before most people even realized their potential for business growth.My breakthrough came when I joined an advertising agency, but it wasn’t the success story I had imagined. Over-promising and under-delivering were rampant, and it didn’t sit well with me. I saw a gap—an opportunity to build something that would truly deliver value to clients. That frustration and urge to create something valuable became the driving force behind starting my own agency.Headlight was born out of a desire to do things differently. I didn’t have a big portfolio. But what I did have was a relentless focus on creating value. The hardest part? Convincing good talent to join a company even before we had best results. But I knew that building a strong team was non-negotiable. So, I created an environment where people felt empowered to push boundaries, and I hired people smarter than me to take us to the next level.For me, It’s not just about marketing or creative services—it’s about bringing everything together into a seamless, holistic solution. We help our clients navigate the complexities of marketing, offering not just services but insights, strategy, and long-term growth plans.
