As an indie producer, I’m involved in a slate of projects currently in various stages of development. An anthology series based on the original short film Desert Son I produced that focuses on stories about the Indian Immigrant Experience in 8 different countries. Black Iris a psychological thriller based on the award-winning play The Jacaranda Tree from Short and Sweet Festival’s Writer Alex Broun and Colors of War a series adaptation based on the original screenplay Holy night By Eric Deacon covers the trials and tribulations of an Anglo Indian Family caught between British India and the 1st and 2nd WW that covers a time between 1917 and 1947.

High View Media is a boutique management consultancy and media advisory group specializing in enabling new forms of media and entertainment distribution. HVM clients we have worked with include Ascent Media, Viacom, Sony Pictures India and Network 18. Responsibilities included providing market intelligence, data gathering, pricing, business analysis, projections and cost assessment. Projects advised on were GMX, an on line platform for buyers and sellers to promote and exchanges rights management over a dedicated platform. An OTT initiative by Viacom and led by Wade Davis to be launched in India in conjunction with a major Telco or satellite network provider. Independently produced the opening and closing ceremonies of the Indian Premier League Championship, a major annual cricketing event that was televised to over 1 billion people through Sony India. Artists involved were headliners Lionel Richie and Deepika Padukone, along with multiple Cirque de Soleil artists, acts, and musicians from all over the world.

A Set Top Box manufacturing company provided the technology required for UFO Moviez. Worked in conjunction with the CEO of UFO Moviez Mr. Sanjay Gaikwad to develop an alternative library of content for digital distribution across art house cinemas in Europe. DG2L Technologies Ltd. develops and provides digital media distribution, delivery, and playback solutions. The company offers Digital Cinema System, which includes cinecoder, ceinprocessor, cinemanager, and cinecaster. It has strategic partnerships with Philips, NEC, Sigma Designs, iVast, Entertainment Cinema Network, and Broadband Pacenet. Oversaw the entire UA Theatre Facility and managed the flow of over 20,000 ticket holders over a 5 day period at the 6 screen multiplex.

Served as the key liaison between all the invited, filmmakers, companies, and VIP’s. Arranged all meetings and special requests for all No-Border guests. Developed and maintained relations with the official guests and corporate sponsors of the festival. Managed festival badge making, accreditations and tracking system for all market attendees, provided on line facility for badge making process and ticketing for daily conferences and panels. Managed three locations and provided hospitality services at all three venues. Revised and updated volunteer training and hospitality guides. Initiated a new program with a local travel agency to provide special discounts on travel and accommodations to all guests of the Market.

Worked with Academy Award winning Art Director and Director Roger Christian on his International feature “American Daylight” as his liaison and as the assistant to the Unit Production Manager. Oversaw all aspects of the production until the completion of the film through the edit process. Served as the second unit Director on all exterior shoots in New York City.

Assisted Documentary filmmaker Jasmine Dellal on her feature documentary “Gypsy Caravan”. Helped with the grant writing application for the documentary feature “Freedom Writers”, in conjunction with Academy Award nominated filmmaker Roco Belic. Created a sales program for the award winning “American Gypsy: A Stranger in Everybody’s Land” to Institutional as well as private buyers. Organized all submissions of the film to various international film festivals.
