Vitor holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Honours); Executive Master Degree in Project Management and Master Degree (MSc) in Management.• Contract management with the employer;• Planning, cost control and control tasks, with the software "Microsoft Project";• Negotiation, contracting and coordination of suppliers, subcontractors, equipment and materials;• Coordination and development of human resources: technical teams, project superintendent, and dimensioning of work teams; • Management and coordination of projects with architectural firms in EPC contracts;• Coordination and monitoring of logistics processes and transport equipment and materials;• Preparation and submission of extra contract work (additional time and cost), based on the law of public procurement (Portugal and Brazil) and FIDIC;• Negotiation and conflict management;• Relationship with Customers, Supervision and Subcontractors/Stakeholders.
