As part of the Development team (Singl.eView CB) of the MTNL project, successfully delivered good quality Solutions, fixed high priority tickets within the given time line. My roles included - Development, Unit Testing. The development role includes Analysis, Designing, coding, Testing and configurations. Worked in the Interfaces development team, developed interfaces like Frame agreement loader, Service provider interface etc. Application Maintenance - As part of the AM team (Singl.eView CB) of the MTNL SA project, provided solutions to many real time billing defects strictly adhering to the dead lines. Specifically the areas that I have been exposed are customer maintenance, Invoicing and billing, Discounts, Products and pricing and Rating.

Worked on ABC Payment System is module for generating/uploading and processing the coupon number that can be used for payment from the post paid users. A circle user who generates the Scratch coupon using the RNG program with their Denomination value and the RNG program generates the coupon without any duplication and uploads the data onto IVR system. Once the Scratch Coupon gets uploaded onto IVR a Customer can make the payment using those scratch numbers. Finally this Converted LBX gets FTP to the Arbor Billing (Arbor) and gets uploaded onto the Clients Billing system and updates the customer Account Balance for those transactions and one SMS sends back to customer after each Successful payment.Tool Used: C, C++, Pro C and Oracle PL/SQL.oResolved operational problems for the entire billing (Arbor Kenan) and rating stream.oConfigure New Tariff Zones for implementation of new rule to the Air Tel Customer.oDeveloped a script in shell program to monitor rejected calls.oDeveloped scripts using PL/SQL for Converting IVR data into LBX Format to implement the Lockbox Payment.

o Worked on Invoice Generation Handler (IGH) a batch process for the generation of monthly customer invoices. The input for IGH is the EDIFACT-standard TIMM message generated by the batch module BCH of BSCS 7.0. IGH obtains the TIMM messages from the BSCS 7.0 database. The output of IGH is the “Bill Image”, the bill generated as a PostScript file (PS file), in the form/layout specified.Got training on single view billing system.
