Linyi Overseas Returned Scholars Association is an non - profit organization which aims to be a "Think - Do Tank" for returnees, early start-ups, enterprises and government through offering practical solutions. In 6 month, the registered member from 3 to 400, returnees studied at more than 20 countries majoring up to 40 professional domains. Over 60 years, there were about 4000 students among 10，000，000 population went to overseas to study, however, there is no one returned scholars organization has been set up in our city. An international talents platform is urgently needed for our city goal. This is a community to unite our returned scholars together, to ultimately use our knowledge, skills and resources for our city. For our people, who are still hold an under - developed concept of environment; For us, who lived at overseas for many years, couldn't find the community to share, to listen and to give back in a right way. There were another four volunteers joined me soon after I started it. We calling for meetings, organizing events to gather talented people with international vision, innovation experiences and skills try to create a practical system which could contribute to our local community, enterprises, students and returnees.As it had a great impact to our city young people, I have received lots of help from our city deputy - mayors as well as a great number of business owners. It was officially took over by city government federation on April 2017.

Vision of Culture (VOC) is a start up aims to bridging international buyers and Chinese exhibitors through an online application (Art of Exchange) and off - line government hold international expos/conferences.In half year, VOC has successfully invited more than 300 buyers from 60 countries, more than 20 international medias and reporters came over Shandong province, China to meet local enterprises and governments to explore further business opportunities and culture exchange opportunities. Then VOC received its first investment.Over a year, VOC has built a great network with national government, business federation and chamber of commerce in Europe, and Middle East up to 25 countries. While promoting Chinese government expos in Oman, VOC has received its second investment from a well - known Shanghai HuiGUO Fund to form a new team to expand its business to consultancy for financial industry, including ( cross - border M&A), Equity Funds, as well as FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) & ODI (Outbound direct investment).
