• The compliance specialist for different freight forwarder on permits needed to be declared. Advices them on the correct procedures, licenses that are required, diverse understanding on Certificate of Origins eg.
• Manages key accounts such as Kuehne + Nagel and SMEs such as AGI freight, Intertrans, C&C Combine. Able to manage over 10 Key accounts.
• Communicate with relevant authorities eg: Singapore Customs, NEA, SFA, HSA, to expedite shipment approval.
• The key personnel in the team to handle CERTIFICATE OF NON-MANIPULATION
• Worked closely with exporters that required CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN
• Deals with controlled items such as importing of food, Strategic goods and radioactive materials.
