I love planning, organizing, drafting compelling documents, raising standards, solving problems, combining personal research, pre-determined escalation process, and partnership with other teams. I don’t fear professional challenges. I have gained quite a broad spectrum of competencies that cut across administration, healthcare management, office management, recruiting management, and business management. Built up over time an unsurpassed client focus that characterizes the way I deliver professionally. Active listening, observation, iteration, empathy, and experience are the keys. My creative writer's hat allowed me to publish a novel, memoir and other books that flesh out some of the problems many young girls face these days. My passions include, creating jobs for CHW, serving and providing education for our marginalized underserved communities, help create viable resources and assist in reprogramming the mindset of our people who are unaware of successful progress. As a leader, my goal is to leave a legacy for the next generation of people in need. As an award-winning leader with a unique history. I have hit rock bottom living on the streets, struggled for things as simple as eating and sleeping. I am living proof that you can change your life.
