I have 36 years of customer service working at Intralogic Solutions, DTiQ, Oracle. I am currently working on passing the AWS Solutions Architect Associates test. I have created a static website within my own AWS account using S3 and other services. WTR-Prodject.com. I believe when you don't use "Quality Control" in your process, you are doomed to fail. I can install the equipment, configure the operating system and fix it when it breaks. I am a person who is process driven and will dig into an issue until it's resolved. I like to help people solve their problems and document the solution.
