• Works in close cooperation with Director of Maintenance to insure the proper maintenance and repair of all physical structures, properties and equipment of the Authority.
• Responsible for the coordination with the procurement department for ordering and distribution of required materials to the work sites.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, evaluating and disciplining the work force.
• Report deficiencies and make recommendations to the Director of Maintenance.
• Works in close cooperation with Properties Administrator, outside vendors and public agencies.
• Responds to emergencies

• Responsible to the Director of Properties for all physical structures, properties and equipment.
• Responsible through the maintenance supervisor, for the performance of the maintenance labor staff.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling and executing routine and preventative maintenance functions for all structures and properties.
• Determine staff and contractor services requirements.
• Recommends repairs or improvement requirements for budgeting and modernization purposes.
• Serves on Management Committee for negotiations of Union contracts and on Authority’s Advisory Group.
