 Supervise the delivery of programs / projects by ensuring compliance with the requirements of milestonesfor securing deliveries. Ensure the management of programs / projects. Manage program/project risks on delivery versions. Organize and leads meetings with all project managers from the IT department, leaders of subjects on an“arbitrator delivery” and makes the decisions necessary to secure the IS in the delivery process. Ensure communication to top management and across the entire scope of the company's projects delivery,from the recipe to post-delivery support. Lead cross-functional IT management workshops, with all project leaders, during the preparatory phase ofa delivery. Summarize all program/project progress information. Produce and communicates delivery performance indicators to management. Validate deliveries in a test environment during delivery security milestone periods. Validate delivery dates for items that need to be delivered outside of a main delivery. Participate in the construction of delivery reports and draws areas for improvement. Contribute to the development of processes specific to its field of activity. Provide technical support to the Delivery team. Support tooling and methodology transformations. Participate in the definition of new controls to be operated in a more integrated tooling context.
