Worked within a team to deliver targets for productivity and marketing quotas. Delegating to and setting goals for employees across multiple time zones. Communicating with developers and marketeers regarding upcoming campaigns.

12 years working as a chef in roles from sous to head chef in dozens of restaurants ranging in location from Sydney to London. Encompassing everything from fine dining to events management and everything in-between. It was a wonderful time in my life and I learnt a lot but grew weary of it and felt unchallenged. When covid started I used to time to begin perusing a new life in the tech sector.
