Since 2014 I have been working in FCES & GSU Cairo University, my main responsibilities are:• Deliver a range of teaching and assessment activities, including tutorials and seminars.• Contribute to the development of appropriate teaching materials• Participate in the assessment process, using a variety of methods and techniques and provide effective, timely and appropriate feedback to students to support their learning.• Participate in the supervision of practical work to assist the transfer of knowledge.Where I assisted in may courses such as: - Management- Financial Management- Business Administration - Management Information Systems (MIS)- Entrepreneurship- Strategic Management While I was assisting professors, I was also responsible for: - Holding office hours and/or monitor an online discussion forum.- Conducting tutorials.- Marking assignments and tests.- Proctoring tests and final exam.

The FIFA/CIES conducted an initiative to spread sports management education in selected countries, Egypt was chosen, and Cairo University was responsible to implement the project. I was selected to lead the project since 2019 and responsible for: • Predict resources needed to reach objectives • Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements • Track project costs to meet budget • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about progress • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers communicating expected deliverables • Monitor progress and adjust as needed • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

I had the privilege of leading the Sports Finance module within the program, and it has been an incredible experience, which required: • Delivering engaging lessons on income statements specific to the sports industry.• Educating students on the structure and components of a balance sheet in the context of sports.• Instructing individuals on the preparation and interpretation of cash flow statements for sports organizations.• Discussing the concept of changes in equity and its relevance to sports finance.• Teaching the methodology and application of break-even analysis in the sports industry.• Exploring techniques for analyzing financial statements, including ratio & trend analysis.• Instructing individuals on the concepts and applications of key financial metrics such as NPV, IRR and Payback Period.

A 5-days online program through Zoom dedicated for undergraduates to learn about Digital Marketing Tools, that includes: 1. Identifying the objectives, targeting & 4Ps of Marketing 2. Send a selling email through MailChimp 3. Posting & Scheduling on Social Media Sites (SNS) 4. Use Facebook Manager as a marketing tool

I took the initiative at my faculty to implement an eLearning system, the project is managed jointly with Cloudypedia (an official Google partner in Egypt), the project requires a delivery of online tutorials to be recorded, edited and uploaded to the portal on a daily basis. My main responsibilities are:• Develop detailed a monthly work schedule• Communicate the schedule to both Tas & Professors on a weekly basis• Track work progress daily and send reports to the faculty’s dean• Act as a liaison between the faculty’s board, staff and students• Organize and manage students feedback sessions.• Measure project performance based on metricise from both Google Analytics & YouTube
