I effectively managed design and project teams at ITALDECO, overseeing fit-out including MEP and ITALDECO factory production activities. was accountable for the company’s performance and prepared a two-year business plan. I created a roadmap to secure ongoing projects that aligned with ITALDECO’s operational and financial capabilities. Additionally, I improved departmental efficiency by assigning new team members where needed.

Uae & Qatar

Doha/Qatar: Led the management of project teams for three hospitals, developing work sequences and programs to ensure uninterrupted operations during construction. My responsibilities included managing the design and construction of three teams, monitoring subcontractor work, and executing high-end fit-out works for three hospitals, encompassing 11,000 sq. meters of premium materials.In addition, I oversaw the creation of more than 10,000 sq. meters of soft/hard landscape works & asphalt roads. My team and I collaborated with the client and hospital operations teams to devise a creative work program, ensuring the hospitals remained operational throughout the project. This was successfully achieved while adhering to government instructions and HMC requirements, with facilities operating 24 hours per day.I successfully addressed all safety and logistics issues, and managed material delivery schedules to keep project activities on track. From our site office, I led a team of 36 Depa staff members, managed 250-450 workers, and coordinated with 8 subcontractors deployed on this project. My experience underscores my ability to manage large-scale projects, solve complex problems, and deliver high-quality results.Dubai /UAE, I played a pivotal role at the Burj Dubai Medical Center (now known as the Dubai Mall Medical Center). I successfully assisted the client in the Value Engineering process by redesigning and selecting alternative equivalent materials and furniture to align with Emaar’s new budget, ensuring the project stayed on track.My efforts were recognized by DEPA’s higher management, and I was commended for managing the best DEPA project from 2008-2010. This recognition was based on optimal cash flow, timely completion, and effective cost control of the project.The US-based Interior Architect NBBJ and our client EMAAR expressed extreme satisfaction with the final outcome, providing an excellent letter of appreciation to our team at Depa.

Dubai - Dubai Mall Project

The GROVE was a Major part of Dubai Mall project. In my role as Project Manager for a significant portion of the Dubai Mall project, I successfully oversaw the fit-out of 75 facades and flooring paving works. This role required strict adherence to time schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards. I was instrumental in initiating the project, delegating tasks to teams and 13 subcontractors, supervising the site team, and monitoring project development, schedules, and planning. The original contract was valued at AED 24 million, with approved variations bringing the total to an additional AED 8 million. This experience highlights my project management skills and my ability to deliver high-quality results within budget and time constraints.This project was the first package to achieve a 90% handover and was completed according to the schedule, despite the challenging timeline of the Dubai Mall. This achievement was recognized by Turner & Emaar, earning two safety rewards.
