- RF and DC PCB manufacturing- Device assembly

· Installation, maintenance, repair and configuration of electrical and electronic equipment and installations: switchgear, solar panels, batteries, inverters, chargers, pumps, access points, antennas, navigation equipment, etc. · Troubleshooting, galvanic survey and megger test.

• SMT operator: Screen Printer, SPI, Pick and Place, furnace and AOI• Testing, repair and PCB manual assembly

• Testing, troubleshooting, repair, stock management, calibration, assembly and installation of custom PCB cards for signal conditioning, measurement (temperature, pressure, helium level) and control (valves, switches and electrical heaters). • Installation, maintenance and technical service of electronic devices associated to cryogenic instrumentation: low pressure sensors, low temperature sensors, helium level gauges, signal conditioners, flowmeters...• Manufacture, testing, troubleshooting, repair, stock management, and installation of wiring related to cryogenic activities, including many types of connectors (Harting, Molex, D-Sub, Lemo, Phoenix Contact, Mil Specs...) and uses (communications, detection, 4-wire measurements, low and high voltage). • Set up and analyse PROFIBUS-PA devices operation via PROFIBUS, HART and other protocols and proprietary tools.• Design, manufacture management and assembly of warning panels, housings for emergency lights (3D printing) and isolation panels for collective protection.• EHBS (beam pipes helium evaporators) stock management and analysis of its behavior in vacuum situations with and without grease.• Review and update documentation related to the assembly, maintenance and use of the equipment, eg: "Use and Calibration Manual for Standalone-LT". • VME crates assembly, channel assignment, wiring and its SCADA settings. • Teamwork and inter departmental coordination. • Work in radioactive environments and confined spaces. Handling of slightly radioactive materials. • Technical support of the DFB (Distribution Feed Box) high voltage wiring consolidation project in 2019/20.

Workplace training. General foundry maintenance. Electrical drawings and PLC programs review and update. Work in confined spaces and explosive atmospheres.

Family business. Experience with pumping groups and diesel boilers.
