Smarter Choice PPE was established as a Social Enterprise to meet the challenges related to the manufacture and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment during the initial crisis of the COVID pandemic.• Worked with local manufactures to increase the supply of PPE in the region, and to help businesses reopen under the new restrictions and guidance from governing authorities. • A portion of both sales and products were set aside to meet the needs for those who could not access or afford PPE.These included First Responders, Nursing Homes, and local clinics.With the increased production from the PPE manufacturing sector and the reconnection of the supply chain, Smarter Choice PPE was closed in July 2021 - having met the needs of the people it was created to serve.

DesignLab- Huntsville was a collaborative learning environment and event venue locatedin Huntsville's historic Lincoln Mill.- Implemented vision, design and execution of DesignLab concept- Recruited and developed operations team- Facilitated custom training events for both corporate and non-profit clients

The Center for Congregational Development supports curriculum development, training, and events related to church leadership, health, and growth. It is also charged with identification, training, and deployment of those assigned to start new congregations.Budget $1.5M, supporting 698 existing and 12 new churches. 4 FTE staff• Evaluated all systems, processes, and personnel for costs and effictiveness• Developed new systems including training and funding models• Developed multiple paid and volunteers teams to oversee key areas• Developed new curriculum for church leaders and their teams

Cove Church is a multisite church located in the Hampton Cove community of Huntsville AlabamaBudget $1.3M, 1200 members, 12 FTE staff• Primary advisor to Senior Pastor• Staffing: Developed/managed staffing plans for recruitment, training, deployment, and evaluation• Finances: Budget management, major project fundraising, annual fundraising campaign• Facilities: Initiated land acquisition, facilities management and renovation, master planning• Teaching: Developed and taught new members and leadership development courses--Youth Ministry Center / Office Space• Preliminary work from concepts to architectural design and construction• Capital Campaign oversight (raised $1.75M)- -Cove Church, Chase Campus• Land acquisition, building renovation and launch of new campus• Staff selection and support for new campus
