Sandi’s lived in Southern Maryland since 1964. She & husband Bob have lived in Charles County since 1978. She believes this has been a wonderful place to grow up & raise a family! Sandi & Bob have 3 grown children & 6 grandchildren.After 15 years of sales/management experience & running her own successful business, Sandi began her Real Estate career in January 1989. She quickly rose to the top in her company. She achieved numerous awards for sales, production & service; including Quality Service & Quality Service Pinnacle Award, Century 21 Master’s Ruby & Emerald Awards, Centurion Agent & Presidents Award for Centurion Producer/Top Quality Service Award. She’s been recognized by Southern Maryland Association of Realtors for numerous Silver, Gold, Platinum & Diamond awards over the years as well as “Life Member” of Distinguished Sales Club Hall of Fame for sales/production. Sandi holds her GRI, ABR & SRS national designations & ePro, as well. Throughout her 30+ year career in home sales, Sandi has been Relocation Director, managed a Century 21 Office & also worked with a local custom builder in Southern Maryland for 8 years, thus increasing her knowledge of land acquisition/development. She was able to work with people through many stages of designing/building a home from start to finish. She’s attended many specialized marketing classes over the years to help achieve results for sellers & buyers.Sandi’s belief of giving excellent service to clients & focusing on their needs helps her & clients become a “team”, looking to achieve the same goal – the sale/purchase of their home (or both)!
