Subsequently, managing the seamless migration of the multi 100K client base from the ISP onto the telco network .

Steer efforts to re-establish and re-shape supplier scope and contracts to facilitate a critically required back to back delivery alignment with Nokia’s deliverables. Instigated best practices and developed deployment processes through close collaboration with project team, delivery companies and Austrian Transport Agency for provision of bid proposal. Recruited by Nokia senior management to recover this failing delivery program I removed the transmission delivery element from the critical path of the Darwin program within 10 weeks. Restructured internal reporting to provide a helicopter view of interdependencies highlighting progress and blockers. Mapped out processes with clearly defined deliverables and owners allowing both the delivery team and associate suppliers to capitalise on the efficiencies driving up productivity both financially as well as volume and accuracy. As the Vodafone UK LTD Beacon Pmo Manager and I spearheaded wide spectrum of PMO management functions associated with delivery and transmission, reports preparation, quality audits evaluation, and vendor negotiation. I exhibited and enforced PMO procedures for execution of delivery and transmission functions to achieve projects scope within budgetary requirements. I created detailed project reporting into VF business units and submitted results to senior management. The Vodafone ATP is an initiative to provide an alternative transmission network to conventional leased line connectivity. In this role I was responsible to manage the design team to provide the initial design for a new National Microwave PDH and SDH network connected to a fibre SDH backbone, increasing both higher site tx capacities and a diverse network integrity.• Managed the review of over 12000 sites leases to establish their suitability for Microwave connectivity.• Produced LOS process and work instructions and subsequently managed the delivery of over 8000 line of sites.• Interfaced with Ofcom in respect of the use of the 18Ghz spectrum(currently utilised by BT)• Developed a successful reporting methodology for reporting link and site status on a ring and star topology.• Managed the successful delivery of client milestone deliverables.• Managed the nominal connectivity design of 6500, sites via 165 Hub sites.• Renegotiated National Los Procedures to increase productivity within budget. Resulting in substantial cost savings• Created comprehensive site survey documentation.• Initiated and managed national design process.
