Restructured internal reporting to provide a helicopter view of interdependencies highlighting progress and blockers. Mapped out processes with clearly defined deliverables and owners allowing both the delivery team and associate suppliers to capitalise on the efficiencies driving up productivity both financially as well as volume and accuracy. The Vodafone ATP is an initiative to provide an alternative transmission network to conventional leased line connectivity. In this role I was responsible to manage the design team to provide the initial design for a new National Microwave PDH and SDH network connected to a fibre SDH backbone, increasing both higher site tx capacities and a diverse network integrity.• Managed the review of over 12000 sites leases to establish their suitability for Microwave connectivity.• Produced LOS process and work instructions and subsequently managed the delivery of over 8000 line of sites.• Interfaced with Ofcom in respect of the use of the 18Ghz spectrum(currently utilised by BT)• Developed a successful reporting methodology for reporting link and site status on a ring and star topology.• Managed the successful delivery of client milestone deliverables.• Managed the nominal connectivity design of 6500, sites via 165 Hub sites.• Renegotiated National Los Procedures to increase productivity within budget.
