Main responsibilities:·Responsible for Aramark China IT full fields work, including IT strategy design, team management, budget control, vendor management, application system development, infrastructure, desktop service SLA, etc.·As a member of the country management team, participate in the decision-making of the company's development strategy and major issues. ·Participated in Aramark international IT regular meetings as the head of IT in China. ·Regular meeting with senior leaders to collect and evaluate IT requirements.·Responsible for information security work in China to ensure business security and continuity. Physical & virtual security control, deploy security testing & tools with global infosec team;·Lead digital transformation, control the progress and standards of digital transformation, evaluate digital proposal, risks and benefits. Invite the latest innovation solution into IT architecture to enhance the enterprise competitiveness; ·Responsible for IT internal control. Identify the compliance risk and fix them. ;·People development. Annual goal setting. Track and regular assessment; Major Achievements:·Lead the continuous upgrade of the company's business support system. Completed the upgrade of mobile and visual display functions of facility service system. Completed POS system mobile upgrade and architecture upgrade. Successfully introduce domestic leading facility service system to the business.·Lead the BI reports project for finance department, improve the efficiency of fulfill data, data accuracy, reduce the monthly closing time, and achieve timely and accurate output of financial data;·Leading the establishment of the enterprise portal system, deploy 10 application services, including IT service, Leadership training course, Service Recognition, Daily Star, Contract Management, Certification application, My Work Lift and so on.;·As local technical leader to support HR department to implement SAP Success Factors successfully in China;

· Define IT development plan and the team driver goal in China. During work at Bard, deliver the annual result very good. Build up the whole IT structure for the company. 7 office decoration, 3 datacenter and 1 R&D center, from 0 to 1;· As the IT leader of China, collaborate with Corp ITS to deploy global projects and global standards in AP. Proved technical & management support to relevant entities, like Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan. · Responsible for IT budget control, work together with local finance BP to ensure all projects in budget;· Design the standard of IT SLA and KPI. Run the monthly/ quarterly/ annual review for the team performance. Encourage the team to keep high level performance. One of team member won the annual best business partner reward. · Define IT policies and processes, follow up global standards, but make necessary modification to match China conditions;· Take part of BRM role, enhance engagement with business team. To evaluate annual IT budget for each BU, support each BU for the IT project application;· 3rd Party resource management, semi-annual performance assessment & price review for each vendor;· IT Assets Management, hardware, software, and data protection;

· Provide IT helpdesk support to internal 80 employees’ computer. · Communicate the solutions for the network and problems with engineers of HQ via email and telephone meeting.· Provide tech training for new employee, includes IT policy and products.· Provide technical support on product to clients by call, e-mail and onsite.· Manage the LAN in Beijing office.· Manage IT devices including laptops, desktop PCs, servers, tape library, routers, switches, firewalls, PBX, PDS, software, etc.· Work with IT team and vendors to implement IT infrastructure· Manage team members to provide high level quality for customers.
