Handling accounts payable and verifying accuracy of transactions.Maintenance of books of accounts both manually and computerized.Maintenance cash book, Bank book and Journal voucherPreparation Bank Reconciliation StatementsMaintained of debtors & Creditors ledger & Dr/Cr. Note.Preparing Trial Balance and Profit and Loss AccountsPassing bills of creditors for paymentsChecking& Passing Traveling and Foreign traveling bills of employeesNegotiation with banks.Maintainece of Company Investment and take suggestion/consult with banks for it.Preparation of Monthly Payroll and transfer of salary to personnel and monitoring the reimbursements of medical expenses, vehicle petrol & LTA expenses.Calculation of Advance tax, Fringe benefit tax and tax deducted at sources and deposit timely with concerned Banks.Preparation for Advance tax & TDS Challans.Preparing MIS Report Directly Report to Management.
