As an active part of this department, my functions are related to all the production process. From seeing and correcting questionnaires, give the briefing to the interviewers, test scripts, make plans to codify the results, see the tables with the data information and deal with all the material that is supposed to be use in the study (cards, photos, ads, movies, etc), all the materials that will be used in the study of the project depends on the work of this department.

While I was in Client Service I had an overview of the global workflow of our company. I realized the importance of presentation of results, the contact with the final client and also had the opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis.

During my internship at SIC (the first private Portuguese television channel) I had the opportunity to work with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and also how to update a website. I used to update the information on entertainment and daily programs. I also interviewed some Portuguese actors and this work was published in a magazine (in Angola).
