I was part of the general management team of 5, responsible for the departments content management, purchasing and product management. The last 2,5 years I also fulfilled the role of sales manager and guided 5 account managers and 5 colleagues at sales support. In the field of “product management” I maintained the contact with suppliers (worldwide), negotiated prices, conditions and created the yearly and 5-years planning. Knowledge was shared by me through given product training sessions for the EuroGarden sales- and aftersales team. At the dealer events I was hosting the product trainings as well. Intensive, at daily basis, cooperation with ICT-, marketing-, aftersales- and logistic department. Co-organize dealer events, exhibitions, and other events on which the products were presented.The launch and realization of the 5-year strategic plan for the ECHO brand, was one of the most interesting achievements. Created by me and realized by the EuroGarden team and carried out by the ECHO dealer network in the Benelux.

Implementing the PPE assortment of Stierman De Leeuw at Safety Centre International. As product manager and PPE specialist I have educated the Safety Centre team (5 FTE) as well as the dealers of Safety Centre.New business created and assortment enhanced at Safety Centre and their dealers. In this short period achieved to bring most of the Stierman De Leeuw resellers to the dealer network of Safety Centre International. Maintained contact with suppliers and searched for new enhancing suppliers.

As general manager leading 6 sales- and after sales colleagues. The Reesink holding facilitated the other necessary company assets like; HRM, Financial services, ICT and logistics. At daily basis being in touch with these departments. Maintained contact with suppliers and negotiated prices and conditions. Realized the give assignment of the holding to enhance the portfolio of Stierman with new suppliers or agencies. Biggest strengthening of the company was the fusion with O. De Leeuw in December 2014. During my last year we fused the two company cultures and implemented a new ERP system.

Lifted 60 dealers to a higher level in my working area in the center of the Netherlands. Not only through sales targets, but also improving the local branding by realizing STIHL branded shop-in-shop presentations. Parallel to the account management I visited the “green” schools in the Netherlands regularly to make them use the STIHL machines in their education modules and practice trainings.
