Benefit Administration - Oversee the administration of UK employee benefits (2400 staff). Manage relationships with benefits broker including renewal of all UK health & risk plans. First point of contact from benefit related enquiries and resolve any queries. Pension Administration – Manage the monthly process of UK auto-enrolment through the benefits administration system. Weekly maintenance of system data and reconcile to HR system and Payroll prior to assessment. Plan monthly onsite visits with pensions advisor for group presentations and one to one consultations. First point of contact for any pension related queries. Data Management – Oversee the upkeep of UK employee benefit data held within the HR system. Maintain accuracy with regular audits and highlight discrepancies to the Operations team.Salary Survey – Support and run salary surveys. Benchmark new vacancies going to advert and roles under review using Towers Watson, Radford and Mercer comp source data.Annual Salary Review (ASR)–Co-ordinate and deliver global salary review (4800 staff). Prepare project timelines and assist with budget setting. Work closely with stakeholders to establish approach and communicate clear guidelines to provide an effective review. Build tools for delivering ASR. Create excel formatted workbooks by market/country for analysis and proposals. Access to ASR tools is controlled by using a SharePoint project site. Process the close of the review by collating the final spend for sign-off, letter templates and payroll & HR system uploads. Reconcile between payroll and HR system. Discretionary Bonus Schemes – Ensure appropriate bonus schemes are accurately recorded in the HR system in. Calculate annual bonus payment by applying the appropriate scheme finance principles and individual conditions required for eligibility.

Oversee the maintenance of the Electronic Staff Records system (ESR) and produce monthly KPI reports for HR and countywide clinical teams. Participate in projects involving data sourced from ESR and provide on-going support to interfaced solutions e.g. e-Expenses, IT, Finance, Payroll, e-Learning. Attend regional special interest groups in relation to ESR applications and respond to system enhancements, upgrades and error logs. Provide systems support to users of the HR database and other support functions where downstream systems are impacted by HR Systems data.
