From my early days as a mechanic to my time in electronics and now in sales, I have always strived to deliver the best experience I can for my customersIn total have 36 years’ experience in customer service. This covers the majority of my 37 years in the automotive trade. I have also been a Part time videographer for the last 33 years and had a short stint of 4 years as an electronics technician.Before all this I began my automotive career at Rick Damelian's where I was for 15 years as a mechanic, service advisor, part time service manager as well as selling prestige vehicles on the weekend. My current role is with a successful high performance mechanical workshop in Parramatta. I started working in the company as a sales representative, It was not too long when I had to stop going on the road and as a sales representative because of the work that was generated we have become too busy and I stayed in the office to help run the business and look after the jobs to make sure all work was to our satisfactory conditions. I am also responsible for Sales and Quoting, invoicing, Liaising with customers and keeping customer informed and up to date with their job in progress. I also search for the best prices in purchasing parts and material. I Managing jobs with mechanics and staff. I also look after our PR and after sales service, where I call customers back so we can get feedback and find out if there is something we can do better to improve customer serves. I also keep all the computers and laptops up to date with serving and maintained. I Look after backing up of important data. I carry out and maintain the social media. I have videoed and edited over 100 videos witch I up load most to YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. This is a large part of our success. I also ran a Performance spare parts business. The reason I am leaving this current job is the owner of the company is selling the business and I believe I have been a loyal and hardworking employee. I believe it is time and a good reason for a change in jobs.
