Technical ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all bank cash deposits and checks.Manage and coordinate all petty cash expenses in the company.Big responsibility for cash receipt book.Submit daily reports for all payments and record it for future review.Support all cashiers to recover cash paid in suspense or paid for foreign exchange services performed by the cashier.Keep all checks and cash received by the company and required work To be deposited in company accounts.Issuing official receipts for cash or checks received daily.The main responsibilities Receipt of invoices for major orders and checks according to the checklist.Ensure that all invoices are approved and accompanied with proof of delivery.Obtain approval for cash payment from the cash transactions from main accountant.after Calculation the money, pay it to the authorized representative company sites for obtain a receipt.At the end of each business and sales day, the cash transactions of the accountant must close the book of cash notes and cash account verify and anticipate it through the cash transactions of the main accountant.Closing all petty cash transactions and distributing them by allocating codes according to the sections and branches and presenting them to the accountants to approve the establishment of a check request to recover all cash amounts.

 Collect cash checks, PDC checks from customer and arrange the collection. Secure and handling cash sales and daily Deposit the collection in the bank. Maintains security of cash and Ensures that cash tallies with daily sales reports. Processing reports on the treasury and provides assistance to finance manager & auditor. Receive payment of cash, PDC checks, credit cards, business cards, vouchers, and provide information to finance manager and auditor. Prepare a summary of all cash collected Provide closely assistance to finance manager. Close cash and checks physical balances and hand over to finance manager. Arrange all finance operations as per the guidelines of chief cashier and the finance manager. I can Handel replacement of chief cashier.  Responsible for IOU vouchers & petty cash.
