I currently work as a trainee lawyer at the well renowned Nagy and Trócsányi Law Firm, Budapest, Hungary. Due to the nature of the firm, as no special (work) groups are established, I deal with a broad variety of cases, ranging from constitutional law to tax law matters. In the past year, even against the Covid-19, I had the opportunity to get involved in multiple, large scale construction related cases where I had prepared the contracts for the construction works and other related documentations. Besides, as commencing my tax advisor studies, I was started to be involved to tax/financial related matters, where the main task was to prepare advices for clients through which they could understand and correctly apply the rules pertaining to VAT and corporate tax on a national and international scale (mainly EU) as well.Apart from the above, I am responsible for supporting the firms clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law from initial advice to the end of the case, which involved drafting contracts, other legal documentation and attending meetings.In the future I am eager to expand my skillsets by gaining court experience through getting involved in (tax) litigation cases.
