Cross Product Technical Project Manager
Current- Playing an active role in building complex and strategic online solutions for the clients to meet the business needs and different regulatory requirements- Managing and coordinating technical activities - from the configuration and setup to new developments and integrations with 3rd party providers- Analyzing technical issues throughout the project lifecycle to identify the root causes and providing assistance/solutions/workarounds to the clients to overcome the possible obstacles on the way- Being the focal point of contact for knowledge to all technical teams inside and outside of the organization- Creating documentation including project plans, go-live plans, handover documents, lessons log, and presenting the results to relevant parties- Enjoying being part of a great and supportive team, and working with motivated colleagues
