• Developing and maintaining commercial liaisons with current and new foreign suppliers of raw materials, as well as updating the information in the ERP system. • Inspectingthe logistical process of the raw materials purchased abroad, from the moment they leave the port until they arrive to the country. • Conduct international negotiations with the purpose of optimizing the levels of inventory of raw materials.

• Establishing a weekly production schedule and keeping the inventory of raw materials and finished products at the levels stipulated by general management. • Developing and implementing plans for the efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment, as well as maintaining an adequate level of efficiency by complying with the production goals and quality required for each piece of clothing. • Planning and implementing changes on the manufacturing machinery and general equipment, as well as providing maintenance and technical support services that said equipment requires. • Designing improvement proposals for the manufacturing area and provide support to the purchases and sales area in subjects related to the improvement of processes. • Assessing on a daily basis the performance of each worker, and each finished production batch and submitting weekly reports to the general manager.
