My sessions focussed on helping professionals identify their natural strengths and recognise where these strengths were helping or hindering them. TotalJobs Group is an online job board with 7 brands within the group. The pricing team concluded strategic pricing projects covering each of these brands. I performed all the data analysis and co-developed key recommendations to align list prices and discounts with business objectives. My work included: ● Handling all aspects of data processing from running CRM reports to presentation of results to sales teams and managers.● Designing and implementing processes for regular board-level KPI reporting.● Performing analysis for sales team competitions to incentivise desired activities.

BRC tracked market pricing for international managed MPLS and IPVPN network services, covering 50 countries worldwide. We also monitored the reasons for winning and losing competitive tenders in this market. The market research fed into regularly published reports and consultancy projects that were purchased by global network service providers and multinational corporations. I was the primary consultant for market pricing projects. My core responsibilities were: ● Management and ongoing evolution of our program of data gathering. We ran several online surveys to obtain market insights. I developed key skills in formulating questions, screening respondents and structuring surveys to maximise useful data.● Scrutiny and analysis of data gathered from our market research. I validated qualitative and quantitative survey data before including it in our market analysis. This data was analysed to determine factors affecting price and market trends globally and within each country studied.● Production of reports presenting current market status and trends. I produced the Excel tools to automate the production of the numerous visualisations for needed for client reports. I also wrote report content describing recent market changes and expanding on reasons for winning tender selection.● Project management of bespoke consultancy work. I ensured that deadlines were met and that the products and services we delivered met or exceeded the expectations of our clients.
