People management was a challenge but an extremely enjoyable experience.

- Primarily involved in solution execution phase of multiple projects which were technically challenging with a fortune 200 US Insurance firm. Most of the work were on C++, VB, and later phases on J2EE.- Part of the conceptualization and development team for the framework for the MVC architecture implementation in J2SE MQ based servers. - Developed the business application which provided the reference implementation for java development using MVC architecture at the client (one of Fortune 200 companies).- Manage the project for a team varying in size from 2-8. Manage the schedule, plan, effort, defect tracking.- In later part of the role (from December 2000 onwards), other challenges for client interaction and offshore handling were added to the activity list.
