"A Right To Succeed Inc." is a grassroots rites of passage program/ organization for youth and young adult men in need of positive mentors and role models to assist them in transitioning from one stage of development to the next successfully. With the use of arts, education and business tools and professionals the ARTS Project Inc. is on a mission to build men and their self esteem in an opportunistic environment of education, empowerment and employment that will sustain these men, their families, the community and the nation for generations to come.

The Narconon Drug and Alcohol rehabilitation program began being delivered in the Atlanta area in 2001. To date, more than 300 graduates have learned to live drug-free through this program that has a 76 percent success rate.As many as 50 people at a time can progress through the eight phases of the Narconon program, starting with a drug-free withdrawal and proceeding all the way to the restoration of self-esteem and personal values. A high staff-to-student ratio means that those on the program can receive the one-on-one attention they need to succeed in their recoveries.Located in Norcross in the northeast suburbs of the metropolitan area, the Narconon drug and alcohol rehabilitation program provides life-saving services to those living all over the Southeast, and as far north as Kentucky. Narconon of Georgia is licensed by the Georgia Department of Human Resources.Anti-drug activities in the community and drug education lectures provided at schools and clubs are further ways that the Narconon staff help create a future in which all citizens of Georgia are free from substance abuse and addiction.

Youth & Police in Partnership (YPP) is a program of CSR in collaboration with the Boston Police Department. The program seeks to improve the relationship between inner-city youth, residents and the Police Department, and to address community problems. Components of YPP include Roundtable Discussions that are designed to enhance communication and build relationships between youth, police, and community; speaker presentations regarding youth violence prevention; community safety, and youth violence prevention and community safety best practices models. The recently established Police Recruit & Youth Mentor Relationship component of YPP brings together youth and police recruits through training and mentoring relationships. The agreement, which was signed in June of this year, matches Boston Police Academy cadets/recruits and YPP youth in mentoring relationships.YPP's primary goals include: * Identifying and managing neighborhood problems * Creating a long lasting collaboration between the community youth, residents, and the Boston Police Department * Enhancing the trust and understanding between inner city residents (and especially the youth) and the Boston Police Department * Providing additional resources to support the Boston Police Department's shift from traditional reactive policing toward preventive community policing.
