(PlayShops = workshop that is fun)VISION: Guide people to live a life of possibilities through building dreams and transforming lives while helping to build a world that works for everyone.PERSONAL MISSION: Build My own Dreams and Transform my life to assist others to achieve their goals to assist their families and others.Currently B. J. is the Operations Director at the Silicon Valley OD Network (SBODN), a Trainer at WorkForce Institute, a public speaker, PlayShop Facilitator, life/career coach and facilitation skill training. B. J. has been influencing job seekers, corporate employees and friends to explore ideal careers and create plans to achieve their dreams for over sixteen years. A frequent workshop facilitator at ProMatch and the Sunnyvale EDD NOVA/Connect center, she helps job seekers refine their resumes, brush up on interviewing skills, as well as creating vision boards. B.J. has facilitated job search skills at the San Jose Public Libraries with a series of two-hour workshops on interviewing, career planning, resume and cover letter writing. B. J.’s motivational talks are highly valued at several non-profit organizations in the Santa Clara Valley. As President of the Harvey M. Kennedy Charitable Foundation, she helps distribute scholarships to youth requiring financial assistance to attend college. Also, she is an active volunteer with Next Door Neighbors, an organization that helps battered women and children find safety at Next door Solutions to Domestic Violence. Contact B. J.
