Since leaving the Fire Service after 12 years in 2011, I have followed a dream to work in professional sport. After studying to become an analyst and coach, I have worked for several different teams in football and rugby from amateur to professional, from regional to International, both as an analyst and coach. After years of working hard, I became the Head of Analysis with the newly formed Rugby League team, Toronto Wolfpack and with them won 3 League titles in 3 years, gaining promotion in 2 of those years and ultimately helped in guiding them to Rugby League's Super League. I am also currently International Lead Analyst for Jamaica Rugby League who played in their inaugural Rugby League World Cup (league stages against Ireland, Lebanon and New Zealand). I also providers analysis systems and feedback for RFU North / Counties U18's as well as Yorkshire RFU. During a years sabbatical, I went travelling the world with my family through 4 of the 5 main continents and upon my return, ventured into the world of Self-Employment with my new analysis company, The Winning Formula, bringing affordable analysis to developing sports clubs. Having taken up a position as Head of Analysis at Hull FC, a professional Rugby League club playing in the European Super League, for the '21 and '22 seasons, I am now the Welfare and Education Officer and Team Manager for Salford Red Devils - a team playing in the same league.As a Welfare and Education Officer, I have recently completed my Level 3 Counselling qualification and I'm currently studying for the Wellbeing Science Institute Certificate in Elite Athlete Wellbeing Management and I am currently a UK Anti-Doping Educator.
