I advise biotechnology companies on chromatography and mass spectrometry techniques for protein characterization (peptide mass fingerprinting and conjugate site identification). I teach and train scientists on the operation, theory, and applications of 2DLC and 2DLC/MS. I am available to teach workshops or classes, and consult in 2DLC/MS application development. Below are two areas of expertise in 2DLC including using 2DLC/MS to reduce analysis variability which is important in biomarker comparative analysis, and using 2DLC/MS as a blood biomarker platform technology.I also provide analytical chemistry consulting services to the instrument, contract research, academic, biotech, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries with a focus on:-Incorporating multi-dimensional separations into complex sample analysis systems, including hardware and software control, installation, data processing, and presentation.-LC/MS trouble shooting, and method development-Biopharmaceutical characterization -Analytical design of experiments, and statistical analysis

Developed nanoflow separation devices interfaced to a silicon chip for electrospray mass spectrometry

Initiated and built Analytical Chemistry department for high throughput small molecule antibiotics analysis and purification, also developed two-dimensional LC/MS method for comparison of cell lines.
