-Over 30 Years is Christian Church Administration and International Missions Development. This includes assisting in the start-up, development and training of developed and developing world indigenous faith based NGO organizations as local agents of transformation, development and humanitarian relief.- Goal is to connect such groups for mutual encouragement and further development. This would include cross cultural training toward enriching the respective cultures. This also includes connecting leaders and individuals in all sectors of society interested in the transformation and improvement of their culture and of finding means through their sector to serve their commuities.-Researching methods and means to encourage the Arts and artists to engage, through their art, in such endeavors.Specialties: Non Profit start up, International Development strategies, Cross Cultural interface
