Fraser has 25+ years’ experience in the consultation, design, implementation, and operation of digital solutions. He has been responsible for enterprise-level solution consultancy, sales, and operations across the globe - engaging customers at all levels; from local and regional teams to global Executives and CXOs. An early innovator in Audio-visual/IT convergence, Fraser has enabled solutions across digital media communications, people-flow, and facility management - including Digital Media Comms Networks for HSBC, Passenger Comms Networks for Network Rail, and Communications Solutions for the UK Royal Household. Since 2016 Fraser joined BOXARR; serving as Vice President for Global Alliances. He has built partnerships with the leading international advisories and specialist consulting firms who utilise the BOXARR platform to enable DigitalTwin solutions for their clients. Fraser leads BOXARR’s engagement in Government and Defence, enabling DigitalTwin solutions for ministry and industry organisations in Europe, Australia and the US. These encompass challenge areas such as: Future Force Design, Joint Force Coherence, Mission Vulnerability, Complex Systems Design, Program and Portfolio Coherence, Supply-web and Value-Stream resilience, Strategic Base Assurance, and Mission/Capability Engineering.He also directs engagement with a number of international strategic enterprise clients across the globe, incorporating sectors such as Financial Services, Sustainables, and Formula 1. Fraser supports BOXARR’s CTO in the ongoing evolution of BOXARR’s Technology Capability Roadmap and is a Board Member of the Digital Aviation Research & Technology Centre (DARTeC), Cranfield University.Fraser is a strong leader; inspiring and motivating colleagues through example and ensuing that the value of people is fundamental to the success of any venture. Fraser encourages an environment where collaboration and communication are pervasive. He has directed the implementation of solution deliveries on a local, regional, and global scale. He can collate and distil complex issues into clear strategic initiatives and recommendations and brings a clear focus on achieving best-value over the solution lifecycle.
