• Highly successful with rebuilding a 15-year-old environment. This was located in an expensive month to month contract at a Texas Datacenter. I upgraded and relocated this new platform to a new datacenter in Wilmington DE for half the cost, saving the company $60,000 over three years. • Provided Desktop as a Service / Software as a Service, (DaaS, SaaS) into the environment. Created an infrastructure at multiple data-centers across the country using Hyper V 2012 in a high availability environment.• Implemented Exchange 2013 in a DAG environment. Two years later had to decommissioned the environment and migrated our email to office365 this was done successfully. • Deployed office365 accounts for multiple customers, including Globalgig, as a reseller with Ingram. Changing our SPLA agreement to a Click to Run agreement.• Successful at handling all the corporate’s IT Software needs handling all employees and clients across multiple offices located in 6 States and the UK. • Designed and configured multiple Data Centers across the country. Decommissioned a few data centers along the way to save monthly revenue without disrupting day to day operations.• Manage the companies SPLA agreements with Ingram for our Microsoft Licenses for all our Microsoft applications and software.• I currently support our in-house VoIP environment and hosted VoIP environment. • Daily functions included setting up new virtual servers using VMWare / Hyper V, System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2008 R2 in a SAS70 compliant environment. • Successfully created 1000’s of new client’s in a domain \ sub-domain platform using Windows 2008 R2s’ Active Directory. • Set up Exchange environments from scratch when requested using 2010 Exchange Management Console and helping the client move their DNS MX records / PST’s to our domain. • Managed the user’s spam/virus with Google’s Postini Services.
