Administer and update a Pre-production test environment. Create and maintain multiple virtualized testing environments utilizing VMWare, Azure, Hyper-V and Windows Deployment Services (WDS). Install, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 10/8/7 operating systems. Update group policies in Active Directory. Interface with stakeholders, software developers and other technical team members to review system requirements and construct effective test strategies. Document, analyze, and investigate test results.

Managed update and maintenance of Citrix XenApp 5.0 and 6.5 environments with 35+ XenApp Server and VDI Desktop Images supporting over 25,000 users. Provided troubleshooting support with Citrix and Enterprise applications. Performed Citrix updates, hot fixes, application access, and printing environment updates.

Responsible for Server, workstation and printer updates. Performed Disaster Recovery for servers and workstations. Assisted with installation, configuration, and administration of Windows Domaim Controllers. Managed Track-It Help Desk system and participated in migration to Service Desk. Provided end user support for hardware and software related issues.

Installed Groupwise 5.2, Webaccess, POP3 mail services, and configured Outlook clients. Performed server maintenance. Created new users and administered network access. Installed and configured network printers. Ran daily backup of multi-server network using Backup Exec software. Responsible for McAfee Netshield & Virus Scan version upgrade and definition files updates.
